Scope of Position: Support and improve youth program operations, performance, and customer engagement by providing leadership and direction to program staff to ensure excellent customer service and contract policies and outcomes are obtained.
Essential Functions:
Work with EDSI leadership and direct staff to ensure that customer flow, service delivery and data management are efficient and effective
Oversee the participants' case management files and ensure contract regulations are being adhered to
Draft quarterly team goals, build consensus on key performance indicators, and evaluate performance with respect to contract obligations and timely data entry
Manage and create reports in the system of record
Establish and maintain partnerships with required partners, community agencies, and other youth organizations
Provide positive vision for required changes during program operation
Utilize positive communication techniques to resolve issues
Communicate with staff to incorporate appropriate concepts/suggestions
Facilitate weekly staff meetings
Monitor program budgets and spending, and provide input to Project Coordinator regarding program fiscal matters
Review and approve staff schedules, timesheets, and time off requests
Respond in a timely manner to requests from the funder
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local youth policies and procedures
Analyze performance, and compile and submit reports for the funding agency and EDSI
Ensure that staff meet performance goals as outlined in the contract and that resources are being utilized appropriately
Provide leadership and direction to staff and conduct staff development as needed
Attend required meetings and apprise staff of discussions held at these meetings
Develop continuous improvement process flows and program documentation

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, or equivalent experience
At least three years of professional experience, including one year of management or supervisory experience
Experience in a team-oriented environment
Ability to converse with a wide range of professionals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Valid driver's license required
