Job Summary:
Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiatives in various parts of the United States. They are currently seeking a Program Manager who will be responsible for interfacing with Government management personnel, staffing tasks, formulating work standards, and ensuring effective communication of organizational goals to subordinates.
Responsibilities:
• interfacing with Government management personnel
• staffing all tasks
• formulating and enforcing work standards
• assigning schedules
• reviewing work discrepancies
• communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates
Qualifications:
Required:
• Must hold a Project or Program Management certification (i.e., Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other equivalent/recognized Project or Program Management certification).
• Proven expertise in the management and control of complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate databases, networks, and communications subsystems.
• Proven skills in manpower utilization, procurement, training, problem resolution, and employee relations.
• Proven experience in re-prioritizing tasks and resources to meet Government mission requirements.
• Experience in management of cost, performance, and schedules on contracts.
Preferred:
• Experience providing technical innovations for a large-scale organization, such the military or other large Government organization.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience in presenting material to senior DoD and non-DoD officials.
• C4 experience in a military headquarters or command center environment.
