Summary:

The Program Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of services within the program. The Program Coordinator is responsible for supervision of program employees and the clinical and administrative activities of the program. The Program Coordinator reports directly to the Program Director or designee.
Schedule: FT (40 hrs) Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with flexibility to meet the needs of the program and on-call responsibilities.

Wage Information:

$55,120 or higher depending on education and experience.

Job Description:

  • Assists program director with general program management.
  • Oversees daily activities of the given program to maximize the utilization of resources to meet internal and external service excellence.
  • Monitors program and employee compliance to CSG policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the supervision and employment decisions during the life cycle of their team members.
  • Serves as team leader for staff interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary team meetings.
  • Consults with other professionals regarding clinical, medical, and programmatic issues and is responsible for coordination of services.
  • Reviews client admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Communicates and interfaces with senior management to ensure smooth coordination of the operation.
  • Reviews department and individual performance goals with the program director.
  • Ability to train qualified staff and support their ongoing professional development.
  • Ability to develop office systems and procedures to ensure quality and efficiency.

Qualifications:

This position requires the following education and experience:

Bachelors degree in related field from an accredited college or university, 3 years supervisory experience and 3 years experience working directly with individuals who have a mental illness and/or intellectual disability OR Minimum 5 years as a supervisor and 5 years experience working directly with individuals who have a mental illness or intellectual disability.

  • Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings.
