1. Manages and supports technical projects and programs and ensures timely and quality delivery.
2. Implements technical project and program management best practices, templates, and processes.
3. Analyzes project dependencies and consolidated status across multiple initiatives to identify and mitigate risks.
4. Provides technical guidance and support to project teams and reviews work product of lower-level professionals, ensuring adherence to requirements and deliverables.
5. Conducts risk analysis and recommends mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
6. Supports vendor integration and performance management where applicable.
7. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals.
8. Reviews and enforces quality standards throughout project lifecycles.
9. Deploys continuous improvement efforts in project management processes and tools.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical project or program management.

2. Advanced professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Process Improvement Professional (e.g., Six Sigma), or equivalent executive credentials.
