About the Position
As a Senior Project Manager, you will provide overall administrative and technical direction for large electrical projects ($20M+) across various sectors including Alternative Energy, Automation, Civil, Power and Line, Technology, Healthcare, and Entertainment. This role carries bottom-line responsibility for profit and loss and requires technical and engineering support throughout the project lifecycle. You’ll be a key leader in driving project success and ensuring alignment with ArchKey’s standards and values.

Day in the Life
Â
- Oversee total construction and design effort to ensure compliance with design, NEC, budget, and schedule.Â
- Act as liaison between internal and external project stakeholders.Â
- Authorize and approve project staffing decisions.Â
- Provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions.Â
- Participate in estimating and bid proposal development.Â
- Review and approve purchase requisitions, invoices, and change orders.Â
- Support safety program implementation and ensure OSHA compliance.Â
- Maintain official project documentation and logs.Â
- Lead customer maintenance and sales/marketing efforts.Â
- Maintain understanding of labor agreements and standards.Â
Minimum Qualifications
Â
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.Â
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.Â
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.Â
- Knowledge of National Electrical Code.Â
- High attention to detail and quality.Â
- Willingness to temporarily relocate to job sites as needed.Â
- Experience with Accubid and Bluebeam Revu is a plus.Â
Travel
Â
- Travel to project sites is required and may include temporary relocation.Â
