Our Newest Opportunity:
The Implementation Account Manager is responsible for setting up new clients in our payroll system software system. Responsibilities include using organizational skills, project management, and exceptional customer service skills to set up client payroll and other related HR functions in our cloud-based payroll platforms.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
  • Assist with the implementation process for our new clients: information gathering, setting up client profile and system specifications, enrolling employees and loading historical information in payroll platform
  • Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients throughout the implementation process; consistently communicating and executing project timelines, milestones and deliverables
  • Manage workflow through the first payroll period to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely, applying multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Review and reconcile payrolls prior to transmission to client, validating confirmed reports
  • Maintain a high client retention rate through quality service and with excellent communication skills (by phone and email)
  • Research and resolve client/system problems, offering solutions with timely responses; document special requests in company database for tracking purposes
  • Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with clients, agencies and coworkers to promote a excellence in service
  • Provide backup support to other payroll team members as needed
  • Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Accounting Departments
  • Performs special projects and other work-related duties as assigned

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
  • Proven facility in customer service and problem resolution in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills
  • Positive and motivating interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn new software quickly
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work onsite and attend onsite and client meetings as assigned

Education, Training and Experience:
  • 3+ years of payroll processing experience required
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Kronos/UKG Workforce Ready experience desired
  • Solid understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws is also a must

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company's performance.
