What does a diversity inclusion program manager do?

A Diversity Inclusion Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within an organization. They collaborate with leadership and staff to create policies, training programs, and strategies that foster a workplace where all employees feel valued and respected. Their work often involves analyzing workplace data, leading employee resource groups, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and standards. Ultimately, their goal is to support a culture of belonging and drive positive change throughout the organization.
