The Senior Manager, Hiring Platforms leads digital transformation initiatives that improve how Walmart attracts, assesses, selects, and hires talent. This role conducts discovery, operational assessments, benchmarking, and process design to identify opportunities and develop future-state experiences, operating models, and transformation roadmaps. They translate business needs into product requirements and partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to prioritize investments and deliver digital capabilities aligned to business outcomes. The role drives program governance, stakeholder alignment, deployment readiness, adoption, and performance measurement, ensuring new technologies and processes deliver measurable value and sustainable improvements at enterprise scale.

What you'll do:
  • Lead enterprise-scale hiring transformation initiatives from discovery through deployment, adoption, and optimization.
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement, operational analysis, benchmarking, and process design to identify opportunities and define future-state experiences and operating models.
  • Translate business needs into product requirements, business cases, and transformation strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to prioritize investments, influence roadmaps, and deliver capabilities aligned to business objectives.
  • Drive program governance, dependency management, risk mitigation, testing, deployment readiness, and stabilization.
  • Measure adoption, operational performance, and business outcomes to identify optimization opportunities and inform future enhancements.

What you'll bring:
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programs from strategy through implementation and adoption.
  • Ability to assess current-state operations, identify opportunities, and design scalable future-state processes and experiences.
