Position Summary:

The primary purpose of the job is to manage the customer flow, admissions process, and marketing program for the community. Responsibilities include guiding the marketing program which ensures strong customer, referral, and payer satisfaction, appropriate market penetration, positive public image, and maximization of community profitability and census goals. The Marketing Director will primarily and regularly be engaged away from the communication location in hospitals engaging in sales and marketing efforts to secure referrals to the community.


Education/Qualifications:

  • Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

  • Must have an unrestricted driver's license.

  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years' experience working in a healthcare setting.

  • Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including referral software and electronic health record software.
