Duties * Manages and oversees all programs and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. * Leads and supervises the section, assigning work, providing guidance, and supporting staff development and performance. * Serves as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders, coordinating project requirements and resolving issues. * Develops and implements program and project plans, including schedules, budgets, and strategies to achieve goals. * Reviews project progress, identifies problems, and takes action to keep projects on track with objectives.
