As a Maintenance Director (Plant Operations) you are responsible for everything maintenance and play a critical role when it comes to ensuring that the community is attractive, well-maintained and that our residents are safe, secure and well taken care of.

What you can expect to do as a Maintenance Director (Plant Operations) for Inland Point:

  • Responsible for preventive maintenance of interior and exterior of buildings and equipment

  • Make repairs in occupied apartment as and renovate turn-over units for new residents moving in

  • Demonstrate organizational skills around time management

  • Willing and able to adapt to changing demands of the maintenance department and fulfill any job that is required

  • Available and on call for emergencies day and night

  • Actively participates as a member of a team and committed to working toward team goals
