Job description

Join Cleveland Clinic's Martin North Hospital where research and surgery are advanced, technology is leading-edge, patient care is world-class, and caregivers are family. This downtown Stuart hospital provides top-quality patient care to the communities in and around Martin County on the beautiful Indian River. The caregivers at Martin North Hospital have made it not only an excellent medical facility, but also a home away from home.

As a Community Impact Program Manager, you will manage the implementation and maintenance of designated programs while supporting both the Marketing Events and Sponsorships team and the Community Health team. In this role, you will lead and execute community outreach initiatives and activations from beginning to end, including event planning, budgeting, vendor coordination, volunteer organization, contracting, invoicing, and data collection. You will serve as a liaison to nonprofit organizations and outside communities, build long-term goals for community projects, develop program and project budgets, and ensure community outreach efforts are accurately and timely reported in CBISA. You will also plan, develop, and maintain systems and procedures while managing administrative activities using Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

As a collaborative member of the team, you will serve as a coach and mentor to other positions within the department, assist with the budgetary process, and apply knowledge of Community Health Needs Assessments to inform community engagement efforts. This role offers growth-oriented projects, mentorship, leadership exposure, and opportunities for continued career development across administrative and project/program management.

A caregiver in this role works days, evenings, nights, and weekends from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with the possibility of working outside traditional hours.

This position requires travel within Martin and St. Lucie County, with assignments at Martin North, Martin South, FHC, and Tradition locations.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Plan, develop and maintain systems and procedures.

  • Manage, develop, implement, and maintain operational systems and activities.

  • Act as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.

  • Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.

  • Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.

  • Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.

  • Assist with the budgetary process.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field and five years of related experience

  • OR Master's Degree and four years of experience

  • Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research and business plan development

  • Strong presentation, communication and training skills

  • Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Master's degree

  • Health care settings

  • Prior events, corporate or social event planning background

  • Event budgeting, budgeting or forecasting experience

  • Project management, community development or government relations experience

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.

Pay Range

Minimum Annual Salary: $69,600.00

Maximum Annual Salary: $106,132.50
