Job Description HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a results-driven and dedicated Program Manager on Oahu, HI. This position is designed for an individual with a wealth of leadership experience to include extensive work within USPACOM. Essential Job Responsibilities * Senior-level leadership ensuring achievement of performance and financial goals for assigned programs. * Responsible for the profit and loss of a large complex program. * Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. * Responsible for overseeing a program contained at one primary geographic location however covering remote locations and multiple business functions and employees directly assigned to the program. * Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems, and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. * Ensure adequate and timely staffing of all programs to include professional development of all assigned personnel. Conduct individual performance assessments and successor planning. * Maintain close contact with customers to make requisite and timely adjustments to programs. * Work with all functional departments as required to ensure continued customer satisfaction, compliance with corporate policies and standards, and to maintain high ethical standards. * Develop and guide initiative to improve our value to customers and creates identifiable differentiators amongst our competitors. * Lead people and programs while developing new business opportunities within DoD in accordance with assigned growth targets and ensure adequate preparation and submission of winning proposals for re-compete efforts. * Support and advise on growth strategy initiatives within HII, maintaining a focus on DOD and USG clientele. * Develops new business or expands services with the customer. Identify potential customers, analyze their requirements, and tailor strategies to address their needs and challenges. * Provide insights for informed decision-making during pursuits, including competitive assessments and pricing-to-win strategies. * Collaborate with teaming partners and suppliers to enhance bid teams' effectiveness and competitiveness. * Collaborate with senior leadership, providing insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and strategic opportunities. * Communicate periodic progress, status updates, and risk assessments to senior management. * Personally model HII values of integrity, safety, honesty, engagement, responsibility and performance. Minimum Qualifications * 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience. * 8 years of relevant progressive experience leading programs or projects. * Key Qualifications:

Preferred Requirements * Master's degree in business administration or a related field. * USPACOM and or PACAF Experience. * DOD acquisition, technology development, systems integration, operations, and contract experience. * Experience working with large systems integrators.
