As a Program Manager - Senior Associate in Leadership Edge, you will be a key partner in delivering high-quality leadership training for the Leadership Edge Executive Programs. You will execute end-to-end of one or more of the executive programs, which includes collaborating with the program design team to facilitate the nomination process, assessment management, and in-person delivery of the program sessions. You will translate leadership development strategy into actionable program plans, harness data to demonstrate program impact, and apply AI tools to elevate the quality and efficiency of program delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as owner for the end-to-end delivery of an executive program from nomination through post-program.
  • Translate leadership development strategy and program goals into detailed, actionable implementation plans, ensuring day-to-day execution aligns with the broader strategic vision of the executive programs.
  • Collaborate with faculty, external vendors, designers, and conference center on overall program coordination and logistics.
  • Own logistics with external vendors including contracts, invoicing and content management.
  • Develop program plans to ensure flawless execution and that deliverables are executed as outlined.
  • Lead contact for participants before, during, and after the program to ensure a high-quality experience.
  • Work with participants to ensure completion of pre-work deliverables, including coaching sessions prior to program start date.
  • Coordinate with internal senior leaders and external vendors to facilitate program segments, ensuring strong vendor relationship management and alignment with program goals.
  • Be responsible for program reporting, analytics, and communication, utilizing strong proficiency in Excel for data management, including writing formulas, pivot tables, and data analytics.
  • Manage and synthesize program data to tell a compelling story, transforming metrics into clear, visual narratives that demonstrate program impact, outcomes, and ROI to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline program operations, reporting, content management, and participant communications, continually identifying opportunities to work smarter and enhance the participant experience.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in program management
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
  • Client experience focused with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong ability to execute independently across multiple priorities and dynamically pivot, as needed
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including writing formulas, pivot tables, and data analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into implementation, converting high-level objectives into structured plans and tangible results
  • Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to analyze data, build clear visualizations, and craft narratives that communicate program impact to executive audiences
  • AI literacy, including familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to adopt and apply emerging technologies to improve program efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with HR colleagues at all levels
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and process improvement skills
