Role Description & Responsibilities
We are looking to hire a Workforce Capability & Talent Development Director. The location for this position is flexible.
This role is responsible for transforming Enablement from a traditional training organization into a strategic business capability function that accelerates workforce productivity, improves organizational readiness, and enables business growth across North America.
This executive leader will establish and scale a modern workforce capability strategy by institutionalizing a Learning Business Partner operating model, developing role-based capability frameworks, modernizing onboarding and early-career development programs, and aligning learning investments directly to measurable business outcomes.
The role combines strategic vision with operational execution to create a high-performing workforce capable of delivering sustained business impact.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive workforce capability strategy aligned with North America business objectives and long-term growth priorities.
• Establish capability development priorities, frameworks, and multi-year roadmaps that build critical organizational competencies.
• Ensure learning and development investments directly support organizational performance and strategic initiatives.
• Design, implement, and lead a scalable Learning Business Partner (LBP) operating model that embeds enablement within the business.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce capability requirements and translate them into targeted development strategies.
• Foster strong collaboration between Enablement, Human Resources, functional leaders, and business stakeholders to drive workforce effectiveness.
• Transform onboarding programs to accelerate employee integration, productivity, and long-term success.
• Develop role-based learning journeys that improve readiness across Sales, Technical Sales, Services, and Shared Services.
• Design competency frameworks that define the knowledge, skills, and behaviors required for success across key roles.
• Develop metrics and dashboards that connect capability investments to productivity, performance, customer outcomes, and business growth.
• Drive a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous capability improvement throughout the organization.
• Partner with Sales, Technical Sales, Services, Shared Services, Marketing, Human Resources, and executive leadership to align workforce development initiatives with business priorities.
• Influence executive stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and workforce capability insights.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in learning and development, talent management, workforce capability, organizational development, or human capital strategy.
• Proven experience building enterprise workforce capability strategies that improve business performance.
• Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation and large-scale change initiatives.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to align workforce development with strategic business objectives.
• Strong background leading cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Expertise in competency framework development, onboarding strategy, leadership development, and organizational capability planning.
• Experience supporting enterprise software, technology, manufacturing, or professional services organizations.
• Familiarity with learning technologies, workforce analytics, skills intelligence platforms, and AI-enabled learning solutions.

Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $250000 and $290000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
