Job Title Duet, Director of Program Development Hours Required 40

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  1. 1. Possess a positive attitude and treat employees in a manner that they feel valued and respected.
  2. 2. Always maintain confidentiality. Direct Functional Behavior Assessments, approve specialized Behavior Support Plans, and oversee evidence-based interventions.
  3. 3. Design, manage, and evaluate residential and day behavioral health services to guarantee personcentered care. Manage the Program Development Specialist staff.
  4. 4. Maintain adherence to state and federal standards, Medicaid/HCBS waiver rules, and governing health bodies, as well as knowledge of DD policy, CDD regs, 404 regs and update agency policy to align.
  5. 5. Coordinate care strategies alongside all teams. Assist with training staff on Mandt, Behavior support staff, and safety plans.
  6. 6. Ensure compliance with the Behavioral health department, completing QA, consents and timelines.
  7. 7. Establish and maintain consistent lines of communication.
  8. 8. Willing to be flexible with schedule and put in the necessary time to complete all duties.
  9. 9. Able to work independently and in a self-directed manner.
OTHER JOB DUTIES:
  1. 1. Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
  1. 1. 5 years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including 2-3 years in a clinical leadership or supervisory capacity.
  2. 2. Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver’s license, pass a driving record check and may, depending on Agency needs, be required to have available an automobile with required state insurance coverage.
  3. 3. Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, and/or Counseling.
  4. 4. Current board-Certified Behavior Analyst credential or independent clinical licensure.
  5. 5. Knowledge of person-centered planning, crisis intervention, and specialized Medicaid billing frameworks.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  1. 1. Ability to utilize Microsoft 365 and all Agency required systems.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
  1. 1. Must be able to lift 70 pounds.
  2. 2. Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, walk, sit, stand, climb, push, carry, and grasp.
