Job Description Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main liaison between WNC and strategic customers, managing all aspects of the relationship from roadmap alignment to day-to-day execution.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships to drive business expansion and long-term partnership success.
  • Understand customer product maps and identify opportunities to expand WNC’s product portfolio and market share.
  • Lead strategic planning and execution for switching, wireless networking, router, SD-WAN, and 4G/5G product lines, including software revenue and margin growth.
  • Manage up to $M in revenue and drive gross margin optimization.
  • Develop and execute account plans, including performance objectives, financial targets, and pipeline generation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, sourcing, marketing, product development, and operations to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
  • Lead and participate in executive meetings, prepare strategy briefs, and organize quarterly business reviews.
  • Analyze customer forecasts, validate with internal teams, and ensure supply chain continuity.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across SMB, consumer networking, cloud, security, and health tech sectors.
  • Understand and manage RFQ, RFP, and quotation processes in collaboration with product management.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 10+ years of professional experience in business development, account management, or product strategy
  • Strong understanding of wireless networking products and networking ecosystems, and experience in ODM industry
  • Proven track record in customer interfacing and business management
  • Proactive self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Executive presence with excellent presentation and relationship management skills
  • Team-player mentality with strong work ethic and multitasking ability
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (preferred)
