Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Business Transformation, the Program Manager will play a key role in supporting the growth, effectiveness, and scalability of the Engineering & Operations organization.
This position is responsible for coordinating strategic initiatives, developing governance processes, improving organizational effectiveness, and supporting executive-level priorities. The role acts as a central point of coordination across multiple teams, ensuring priorities are executed with clarity, structure, and accountability.
The successful candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly. They bring order to ambiguity, enjoy solving complex organizational challenges, and can effectively collaborate with leaders across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

Organizational Effectiveness & Operating Model Development

  • Support the design and implementation of scalable operating models, governance processes, and ways of working.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, RACI matrices, and operational playbooks.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

Strategic Program Coordination

  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and strategic priorities across Engineering, Operations, Construction, Commercial, Finance, and Business Operations teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, action logs, milestone trackers, and executive reporting materials.
  • Monitor progress against strategic objectives and key deliverables.

Organizational Planning & Capability Development

  • Support workforce planning, onboarding, organizational design, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Create and maintain organizational artifacts such as org charts, capability maps, and team documentation.
  • Assist in identifying gaps and developing plans to address them.

Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain centralized documentation, templates, tools, and operational standards.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and capture lessons learned.
  • Promote adoption of consistent governance, reporting, and knowledge management practices.
Critical Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Process Improvement, or related fields.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
    Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create executive-ready presentations and reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to adopt and integrate emerging AI technologies, including generative AI and AI agents, to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams.
  • Experience in telecommunications, infrastructure, engineering, construction, technology, data centre, or operations environments.
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks, process mapping, organizational design, or business transformation.
  • Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
