We have an exciting opportunity for a Safety Coordinator located in Fond du Lac, WI.
How you will contribute:
This is a great opportunity to showcase your attention to detail while playing a key role in supporting and coordinating the efforts of the Safety team. Your duties will include: incident and claim reporting, safety recordkeeping, data entry and document management, customer pre-qualification support, drafting safety communications, creating presentations, answering phones, providing support to our employees and general support to the safety team, and other tasks as required.
What you need to qualify:
Ahern will help make the most of your Administrative Assistant Associates Degree or equivalent experience. Although previous customer service experience is preferred, it is not required. Those who will excel as an Administrative Assistant will have excellent customer service skills, strong keyboarding accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. Being proficient in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet and technically inclined to learn industry-specific software will be essential.
