Job description


The Recognition Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, developing, designing, and maintaining promotional plans and scheduling for CAPE Recognition Programs, such as DAISY, BEE, and BRAVO. Creates, coordinates, manages, updates, and collects analytics for social media communications and campaigns, as well as administrative duties in support of the Recognitions Program Manager. Assists with information dissemination through the MMH monthly newsletter, internal communication sites, and posted flyers, or any other forum used by the organization for organization-wide communication. Demonstrates excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
SHIFT & SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
  • Provide administrative support for the Recognition Program Manager.
  • Coordinate and manage DAISY, BEE and BRAVO programs.
  • Design, plan, and coordinate production events for Midland Health Nursing/CAPE Recognitions Program.
  • Create and manage all social media for Midland Health Nursing promotions/productions.
  • Meet scheduled deadlines and reporting periods.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Associate's degree required. Baccalaureate degree preferred.
  • Writing or editing experience preferred.
  • Event coordination experience preferred.
  • Project coordination experience preferred.
  • Social Media expertise preferred.
  • Photography/video production experience preferred.
