ASSESSMENT FACTORS
1. Communicates with senior leadership regrading project changes and provides solutions to allow for adaptation to changing environments.
2. Prepares, justifies and/or administers budgets and monitors expenditures for program areas.
3. Constructively questions conventional approaches, and supports an environment that encourages new ideas.
4. Takes initiative to anticipate issues, resolves conflicts among multiple priorities and implements effective solutions to prevent problems that
might impact timelines and deliverables.
5. Ensures programs remain responsive when mission climate and requirements change by monitoring performance and feedback and
developing creative solutions with no daily supervision.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
1. Proven ability to develop and execute integrated program plans with complex requirements, establish critical milestones, and track progress using project management tools and frameworks or Program Management Certification.
2. Demonstrated experience managing program budgets, performing cost analysis, and monitoring schedule performance using earned value
