Summary:
Program Assistant (part-time) is responsible for delivering academic, career, and STEM/STEAM curriculum and services to students in grades 6-12.
Examples of Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the daily functions of the Summer Component;
  • Submission of required paperwork (grades, reports, etc..)
  • Provide tutoring and advising to individuals and/or groups of students;
  • Supervision of participants at all times;
  • Escort participants on campus; residential monitoring; program planning;
  • Assisting with promoting a community of mutual respect and trust.
  • Residential availability

Typical Qualifications
Minimum Position Requirements (including certifications, licenses, etc.):
  • Must be available Monday-Thursday for six-week Summer Component
  • Some college experience Required
  • Ability to follow programmatic regulations & accept directives from NACEE Staff
  • Prior experience working with students(PREFERRED)
  • 3 professional references
