Job Title: Program Coordinator, Training Support
Reports To: Operations Program Manager
The National Children's Advocacy Center (NCAC) is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to join our team of administrative professionals who coordinate training and logistics for world-renowned child forensic interviewers. The NCAC conducts a variety of training for child abuse professionals worldwide, and you can be a part of our mission - To Champion and Strengthen the Global Response to Child Abuse.
About the role
As a member of our team in Huntsville, AL, you will provide administrative support to our Forensic Interview Trainers and coordinate their virtual and on-site trainings. This role is often a client's first contact with NCAC and requires a high level of professionalism and clear communication. You will manage all aspects of training logistics and resources across platforms, coordinating logistics with staff, partners, and consultants, and supporting the development of reports.
A typical day may include:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for training participants
- Managing training registrations and payment processing
- Setting up an online course within our learning management system
- Helping a training participant work through technical difficulties in accessing a document or virtual training
- Managing printing, shipping, and supply inventory
- Submitting travel receipts through SAP Concur on behalf of an instructor
- Entering evaluation data into a spreadsheet
- Formatting, editing, and updating Word documents, PowerPoint slides, or PDFs
- Communicating with contracted facilitators to schedule training support

Education and experience requirements we are looking for include:
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Minimum of two years of professional experience working in program coordination, event planning, training support, or administrative operations
- Minimum of two years of experience with data entry and management, report writing, and learning management systems preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Location and Hours
The NCAC main campus is located in downtown Huntsville, AL. Our standard business hours are 8:30 - 5:00 CT, Monday through Friday. This position will work approximately 40 hours per week on-site at our Huntsville, AL office.
