Description

  Provide government program and schedule analysis in support of the Missile Defense Agency


Requirements:

Active Secret security clearance required

Work from home at least 13 days per month

Ability to come to MDA Facility at Redstone Arsenal when required

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study 

High-working knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Experience with program scheduling and schedule analysis

Ability to support Program Management Reviews 

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Requirements

Scheduling Specific Duties:


Develop and utilize product team scheduling tools focused on reporting contract deliverables, key program events 

When required, perform schedule analysis to identify schedule risk, define recommended path forward based on program requirements and critical paths

Interface with internal and external stakeholders to solicit required schedule data/updates and performance of schedule analysis 

Monitor and report performance against plans and schedules to ensure that programs meet program cost, and schedule objectives


Program Analyst Duties:

Be able to work cooperatively within a product office team but also work independent on delegated tasks

Collaborate with individuals at all levels to support program office strategic activities

Brief audiences with varying levels of program familiarity by providing regular status updates and coordinating with external stakeholders

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Product Teams, internal functional organizations including Engineering, Acquisition, Procurement/Supply Chain, Logistics, and administrative functions
