  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on program strategy, execution plans, and delivery risks.
Required Qualifications

  • Proven success delivering complex software development and technology initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, SDLC, and project governance frameworks.
  • Experience managing budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications across large-scale programs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and relationship-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certification, or a comparable project management certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading enterprise software portfolios or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working within regulated or highly complex product development environments.
  • Experience supporting distributed engineering teams.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Experience supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Generative AI-related initiatives.
