What is a program coordinator or program manager?

Program Coordinators and Program Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing and organizing specific programs within an organization. This collaboration often involves organizing meetings, facilitating updates, and resolving any interdepartmental challenges that arise. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are essential for managing these interactions effectively.
