  • Prior Experience as a Controls Service Technician or similar role
  • Well versed in troubleshooting controls BAS systems
  • Strong understanding of commissioning protocols and point to point check outs
  • Troubleshoot and manipulate current installed BAS programs
  • Knowledge of controls programming and experience rewriting sequences
  • Perform and execute planned maintenance and inspections
  • Maintain and repair control systems for existing clients
  • Check for hardware failures and provide software updates as needed
  • Well versed in diagnosing and commissioning controls BAS systems
