What is a contract performance manager?

Contract Performance Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all aspects of a contract are fulfilled by both parties involved. They monitor contract compliance, evaluate performance metrics, and address any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the contract's duration. Their goal is to maximize value, mitigate risks, and maintain strong relationships between clients, vendors, or stakeholders.
