Job description

The Associate Dealer Programs Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of dealer program administration, planning, execution, and development. This role manages the Associate Dealer Program, Consumer Rebate Program, and Retail Sales Spiff Program while working closely with internal teams and external partners to drive program growth, effectiveness, and market competitiveness.
The position collaborates extensively with Sales, FAST, Finance, TBR, and executive leadership on program enrollments, payouts, reporting, strategic planning, and the development of innovative initiatives. The Associate Dealer Programs Manager also builds and maintains strong relationships with dealers and distributors across the 2W, 4W, and TBR business segments.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships and serve as a key liaison across Sales, FAST, and TBR teams to ensure alignment and execution of business objectives
  • Oversee Fanatic distributor and dealer relationships, Associate Dealer Programs, and the planning and execution of quarterly promotional initiatives
  • Lead department and team management, including mentoring and developing staff such as the Fanatic Administrator, Assistant, and temporary employees
  • Foster collaboration and communication across internal departments to support program and business objectives
  • Manage promotional communications and spiff reporting in partnership with Sales and Finance
  • Oversee consumer rebate programs, including implementation, communication, and reconciliation processes
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to Fanatic distributors and dealers
  • Produce and analyze sales performance reporting using BI tools, Excel, and pivot tables
  • Participate in Daily Morning Sales Review (MSR) meetings and provide program updates as needed
  • Oversee departmental budgeting, financial reconciliation, and quarterly and annual payout processes
  • Analyze program performance to identify improvement opportunities and enhance promotional effectiveness and competitive advantage
  • Ensure timely completion and tracking of action items and follow-ups

Principal Tasks
Provides strategic leadership and oversight of department operations, employee development, and performance management while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture. Leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the Fanatic program, consumer rebate programs, retail incentive initiatives, and dealer engagement programs. Oversees budgets, financial planning, vendor relationships, program compliance, and reward fulfillment to ensure operational excellence and business results. Partners cross-functionally to drive process improvements, enhance dealer participation, and align organizational objectives through effective communication, training, and strategic program execution.
Job-related location requirement:
  • Candidates must reside in California and within reasonable distance to our corporate office, Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm (core business hours). Managers may adjust schedule as needed based on business needs.
After your first 30 days onsite, you'll transition to our hybrid schedule:
  • In-office: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday
  • Remote: Wednesday, Friday

A minimum of three to five (3-5) years of experience in a corporate environment is required, with demonstrated experience collaborating across departments, preparing reports, managing data, and working with external vendors. Experience within the automotive, powersports, or related industry is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field from an accredited college or university is required. An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered.

Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and use hands and fingers for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively through speaking and hearing. May occasionally be required to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to participate in a variety of outdoor events and activities, including those held in off-road, desert, mountainous, and other rugged environments. This position operates in a variety of environments, including office settings, dealer and customer locations, outdoor motorsports venues, entertainment facilities, restaurants, sporting events, and other event locations. Travel by air and ground transportation is required. The employee may be exposed to varying weather conditions and outdoor environments based on business and customer needs.
