NFI North is seeking an Assistant Program Director for its Transitional Housing Program in Concord, NH. This program is a residential treatment and day program with a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, vocational services and life skills for adults living with mental illness that are seeking independent living.ย  Many of our participants get apartments and go to college with the support of our amazing staff team.

Responsibilities: Assisting the Program Director in the overall functioning and operation of the program, including administrative tasks (including payroll, scheduling and petty cash), staff supervision, group/individual counseling and crisis intervention. Responsible for coordination with state hospital maintenance personnel for the overall up-keep of the residences. ย This position has on-call responsibilities and is a member of the management team. Must be available some nights and weekends.ย 

Qualifications: Minimum of Associates Degree or 60 credit hours of college credits, preferred Bachelorโ€™s Degree in human services (or equivalent); and 3-5 years of supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with a related population/service.
