SUMMARY  

In conjunction with the Team Leader, the ATL oversees all aspects of textile and hard goods production. Major  

duties include meeting production quotas, training, and developing team members, and performing assigned  

duties and management responsibilities.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES  

1. Ensures 100% world class customer service.  

2. Assist the Team Leader with all aspects of team management, including hiring, training, development,  

supervision, evaluation, and terminations, in alignment with Goodwill’s policies, procedures, and job  

descriptions.
