OCES is growing! We are expanding to 11 more towns covering the south shore area, including Quincy, Braintree, Weymouth, etc. APPLY NOW during this exciting time!

OCES supports older adults and individuals with disabilities by providing vital information and coordination of services. By promoting healthy, safe living for our consumers, we hope to allow them to stay active and engaged in their lives and in their own communities for as long as possible.

To that end we are seeking a Nutrition Program Assistant to provide administrative support to our Nutrition Department.

What you will do:

  • Review and update data for our consumers.
  • Provide accurate department reports.
  • Assist staff in setting up intake packets and submit/track required
  • Provide telephone coverage for Nutrition department, as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will bring:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Associates degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Ability to respect the workplace and providers' privacy and confidentiality.
  • Ability to deal effectively with statistical and financial data.
  • Knowledge of general office procedures and equipment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
