Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Program Assistant 3.
Temporary Job Description:

Support the Department of Ophthalmology administrative team with various tasks, as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Experience with administrative support or other relevant experience.

  • Intermediate knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and database software programs.

In addition to salary, this temporary position is eligible for paid time off and paid sick time in accordance with Northwestern University policies. This position is not eligible for other benefits offered to regular staff positions
