Our Corporate Office located in Twin Falls is looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant.. The Administrative Assistant assists with the servicing of all of our brokerage offices' back-office needs. This includes: vetting and setting up new customers and carriers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, and collections.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service in all aspects of the role
• Answer phones, emails, etc.
• Complete assigned tasks for the vetting and setting up of new customers and carriers
• Accounts payable
• Accounts receivable
• Assist with handling billing, collections, and invoicing
Administrative Assistant Qualifications
• Strong customer service skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Work ethic second-to-none
• Excellent typing and computer skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
