Join to apply for the Executive and Operations Assistant role at Jane Fonda Climate PAC (JanePAC) About JanePAC: Jane Fonda Climate PAC was founded in 2022 to end the stranglehold the fossil fuel industry has on our lives and our planet by electing climate champions at the state, local and federal level. Since our founding, we've helped elect more than 200 climate candidates nationwide, and we're just getting started. About the Role: Jane Fonda Climate PAC is seeking a full time Executive and Operations Assistant to support the Executive Director and the PAC's overall operations.

This position will report to the Executive Director. The position's time will be split between supporting the Executive Director (50%), supporting the Development team (25%) and supporting the PAC's overall operations (25%). This is a full time salaried position.

Key Responsibilities Manage the Executive Director's calendar, set up in-person and virtual meetings, including any follow-up necessary Help prep the Executive Director for meetings by compiling research, briefing memos and more Maintain organizational spreadsheets, including assisting the Executive Director with annual budgetary matters Help improve the PAC's organization by optimizing existing systems and/or creating new ones Assist with internal communications across departments to ensure alignment Support the development team with scheduling, data entry, research, call time memos and in-person fundraising events Assist the development team with the donor appreciation program Assist with administrative duties such as booking travel, lodging and more for staff Help with various projects as needed Staff the principal for meetings when needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience as an executive assistant or operations assistant or 5 years relevant experience Familiarity with Google Suite, calendar management, Zoom and other administrative tools Experience prepping and staffing principals for meetings Highly organized with a strong attention to detail Willingness to learn new systems and be a creative problem-solver Passion for climate justice and addressing the climate crisis Value‐adds Previous compliance, accounting, HR or legal experience Previous campaign or nonprofit experience Previous work experience for a high level principal Experience with NGP and ActBlue Salary range: $85,000 - $100,000, depending on experience and cost of living considerations Location: This position is fully remote with a strong preference for LA area candidates Benefits: JanePAC offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health care, dental and vision coverage, generous parental leave, 401K retirement plan, paid leave, sick leave, federal holidays off and more.
