We are seeking a professional, proactive, and strategicย Commercial Program Manager to lead and manage the partnership with one of our most critical enterprise customers.

Theย Commercial Program Manager is responsible for managing the full program lifecycle, ensuring alignment between customer demand and internal production capabilities. This role is accountable for aligning internal operations with client requirements, ensuring timely delivery, quality performance, and seamless execution across all phases of the program. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic thinker with strong program management experience and the ability to coordinate across diverse internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively review and interpret customer forecasts to identify trends, anticipate demand shifts, and align supplier capacity and internal production schedules accordingly.
  • Translate forecast data into actionable plans by working directly with production teams to coordinate build output and ensure readiness for deployment.
  • Own the process for correcting purchase orders, reconciling discrepancies, and coordinating timely pricing updates between internal teams and the customer
  • Respond quickly to quality and field service issues, coordinating internally to drive resolutions and minimize customer impact.
  • Actively contribute to customer related projects and continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure program delivery aligns with customer service level agreements by constantly monitoring performance metrics and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Take a data-driven approach to aligning inventory with forecasted demand and support planning for body of design, product phaseouts, and lifecycle transitions.
  • Analyze volume trends and program data to inform decision-making, highlight risks, and support continuous improvement in delivery performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels closely, perform flow analysis, and take corrective actions to prevent shortages or excess while maintaining alignment with customer demand.
  • Foster a culture of team accountability and collaborative problem-solving across departments by setting clear expectations, following up on deliverables, and driving shared program goals forward.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering or related field (MBA or PMP certification a plus).
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience in a manufacturing or enterprise client-facing role with annualized volume exceeding $10 million.
  • Proven track record managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders across technical and business functions.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and demand planning.
  • Experience with ERP and customer portal tools.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and drive results across functional boundaries.
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity and adapting to a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-first mentality.
