  • Facilitate workshops, roadmap reviews, status meetings, and decision-making forums across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support organizational change management and adoption efforts related to security platform implementations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, Product Management, or a related technology leadership role.
  • Experience leading medium-to-large-scale enterprise technology programs involving multiple stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Strong experience with roadmap planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and executive stakeholder communication.
  • Experience working within Cloud Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, Security, or Enterprise Technology organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance business objectives, technical constraints, and security requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting cloud environments including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and best practices including NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or SOC2.
  • Experience working in large enterprise environments with distributed technology teams.

  • Providing clear program visibility, governance, and risk management to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Enabling secure and scalable platform capabilities that support lululemon's growing technology ecosystem.
