BGCMA Expanded Learning Club Corps- Program Assistant

For over 80 years, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta (BGCMA) has ignited the unlimited potential of children and teens by creating safe, inclusive, and engaging environments. Our 25 Clubs, located in 9 counties across metropolitan Atlanta, have traditionally served nearly 8,000 kids & teens (ages 6-18) each year, offering youth development programs during critical non-school hours that promote academic success, healthy lifestyles, and character & leadership development. Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta's AmeriCorps Expanded Learning Club Corps Program goals are as follows: 1) Improve Literacy among Third-Grade Students 2) Improve Overall Academic Performance for Students in Grades 2-5

Member Duties: The Club Corps Member - Program Support Specialist serves as a key member of the BGCMA Support Center team, providing administrative, operational, and programmatic support to ensure successful implementation of AmeriCorps initiatives across the organization. This position supports compliance, member engagement, data management, training coordination, and communication efforts that strengthen service delivery and enhance the impact of AmeriCorps programming throughout BGCMA.
