Weโ€™re excited to announce that applications are now open for our BOOST Afterschool Program (grades Kโ€“8) for the 2026-2027 School Year!

Weโ€™re looking for energetic, creative, and passionate Group Leadersโ€”especially those who love working with elementary and middle school students of different learning styles. If you enjoy inspiring young minds, helping with homework, and leading engaging recreational activities, this is the place for you!

As a valued member of our team youโ€™ll:

  • Support students with homework and projects
  • Lead fun, interactive games and activities
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment for all

Group Leaders must commit to a regular schedule of 3-5 days per week from 2:00โ€“5:30 p.m.

FALL START DATE: August 10th! (Mandatory New Hire Training)ย 

Hours: 2:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. (12-15 hrs/week)

Starting pay: $18/hour
Minimum age requirement: 18 years

Education Level: HS Graduate or GED equivalent
