Salary Range: $42,000 - 45,000

Description of Position
Seeking full-time Program/Administrative Assistant for Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) in the Taunton service area. PACT provides comprehensive, community-based treatment and support services to mentally ill adults. This position is responsible for providing administrative assistant support for the PACT Team, including data entry, managing and maintaining files, copying and routing or posting information appropriately as well ensuring proper insurance authorizations are in place, and ensuring appropriate documents are scanned or properly routed to Records Department for scanning into Electronic Medical Record.
Requirements
Previous experience as a receptionist preferred. Must have a solid customer service orientation and be skilled in basic billing and computer operations.
