Assisted Living - Resident Assistant
Three Pillars Senior Living Communities - Dousman, WI
Full Time | Evening Shift
Part Time | Day Shift

Pool
(Pool Requirements: Four shifts per month split between weekdays and weekends)
Full Time & Part Time Pay: $20-$23/hour
Pool Pay: $17-$23/hour
Pay based on experience and shift differentials

What You'll Do:
As a Resident Assistant, you will help residents remain safe, comfortable and independent by providing compassionate support daily -
  • Assisted with personal care, including, dressing, grooming, hygiene, and mobility
  • Support residents with meals, housekeeping and laundry
  • Plan and lead therapeutic activities to engage residents
  • Administer or supervise medication administration according to physician orders

Resident Assistant Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • CBRF certification preferred
  • Experience in resident care preferred
  • Must become med-delegated upon hire
  • Comfortable using computers for charting and communication
  • Must obtain AHA First Aid certification within required time frame
