We are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions to children ages 18 months to 6 years old on the autism spectrum.

We are looking for a passionate, organized, enthusiastic, clinically experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is seeking full-time employment to join our team.

This role will require both clinical and leadership excellence. If you are ready to join a collaborative, integrated therapy team, this is the position for you!

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform Assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland-3, etc.)

  • Create Individualized, research-based client programs

  • Analyze client progress and update programs as needed

  • Weekly parent training meetings and progress updates

  • Supervise Interns and RBTs in-center.

  • Weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service training

  • Insurance correspondence (pre-auth requests)

  • Safety Management

  • 30 hours of billable hours per week

  • Support a caseload of 8-12 comprehensive clients with the support of a BCaBA or Lead RBT

  • Work collaboratively with the owner of this site and the office manager to support clients and families.

  • Coordinate care with in-house speech and OT providers.

Qualifications

  • BACB Certification

  • BLS / CPR certification

  • Clear background check

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Strong working knowledge of behavioral theory and applied behavior analysis

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
