Harvey Nash USA is hiring an Early Careers Program Analyst to support a leading global payments technology company. This is an excellent opportunity for a program professional with experience managing early-career programs, multiple workstreams, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and process optimization.


Job Title: Early Careers Program Analyst

Location: Hybrid – Austin, TX

Duration: Contract


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Design and continuously improve core program components for up to 1,000 interns, new college graduates, and apprentices, including skills development, career growth, mentorship, hackathons, case competitions, community-building, and social programming.

Support the design and delivery of orientation and pre-boarding experiences across 12+ offices in partnership with People Operations teams.

Manage 5–8 concurrent workstreams, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and quality standards are met.

Serve as a subject-matter expert for managers, program participants, and site leads through emails, webinars, documentation, and live training.

Support marketing and engagement campaigns and develop communications to drive participant and stakeholder engagement.

Support programming through 50+ site leads and volunteer partners.

Create and manage global program surveys using Qualtrics.

Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate program effectiveness and develop annual program readouts with insights and recommendations.

Use data and research to identify root causes, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiencies.


Must-Have Skills

3+ years of related experience.

Experience managing multiple workstreams for mid- to large-scale programs.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.

Experience designing, documenting, and maintaining scalable processes and policies.

Strong consultative and relationship-building skills across functions and organizational levels.

Experience developing reporting, metrics, and insights to support business and program decisions.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations.

Strong data analysis, agile execution, and process optimization capabilities.


Preferred Skills

Experience with event planning and logistics in a professional or programmatic environment.

Experience with ATS and HRIS systems; Workday preferred.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Windows environments.

Experience with surveying tools; Qualtrics preferred.

Proficiency with AI tools to automate workflows, including Copilot and Power Automate.

Experience supporting early-career, internship, apprenticeship, or talent development programs.
