  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Performance, ST&S, Accounting, Commercial and Tax teams to align financial outputs with business drivers, supporting value creation and cash-generating activities.
  • Prepare materials that provide insights to business performance at Archaea's monthly business reviews.
  • Support Joint Venture activities, including budget submissions, model updates, and partner deliverables.
  • Provide analytical support for CFO and VP Performance priorities, including cross-functional initiatives, and executive-level materials.
  • Maintain and enhance a robust, finance-led reserves-style process for forecasting landfill gas performance.

Essential experience
  • At least 5 year's experience in Finance (preferred), Performance or Operations.
  • Demonstrated track record as a self-starter, curious, coachable, and willingness to learn new skills.

  • Demonstrated understanding of key business drivers (financial and operational) and how they relate to profitability
  • Capable of quickly learning and applying new concepts, processes and procedures
  • Strong verbal communication skills to present ideas clearly and distinctly across all levels of organization
  • Proven ability to manage demanding and often-changing workloads without impacting deadlines
