Junior F&I Analyst
Classification
Non-Exempt
Job Summary
This position will assist all aspects relating to the customer's procurement of various financing avenues
Essential Functions
  • Responsible for financial data entry & credit processing of new applications for credit
  • Coordinate and secure financing from external & internal financing options
  • Prepare finance documents for signing
  • Responsible for routinely filing and maintaining files
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy of all manufacturers and lenders finance programs to assist sales representatives in providing the clearest financing alternatives available for the customer
  • Analyze and prepare various lease and installment quotes for sales representatives in order to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
  • Daily communication with managers, coordinators, and sales representatives as well as other outside lending contacts
  • Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner

Qualifications
  • Previous banking or insurance industry experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great ability to pay attention to detail
  • Superior organizational and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage detailed paperwork
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common financial reports, and legal documents
  • Must be able to work with mathematical concepts and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
