Position Overview
The Cross Bore Program Analyst is responsible for independently collecting, analyzing, and reporting cross bore program data to support safety, compliance, and risk mitigation initiatives.
This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, regulatory agencies, and industry organizations to ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements. The position also supports field investigations, program documentation, and continuous process improvements.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, field awareness, and a deep understanding of cross bore safety principles and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, analyze, and report cross bore program data
- Utilize advanced software and analytical tools for reporting and risk assessment
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions
- Develop insights to identify trends and potential safety risks
Field Inspections & Investigations
- Lead cross bore inspections and field investigations
- Document findings and ensure appropriate follow-up actions
- Ensure inspections align with regulatory and company safety standards
Compliance & Risk Management
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and industry organizations
- Ensure program compliance with applicable safety regulations
- Develop and maintain cross bore safety protocols and procedures
- Provide subject matter expertise on cross bore safety practices
Program Support & Process Improvement
- Provide administrative support for cross bore program initiatives
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices
- Develop a foundational and ongoing understanding of cross bore program principles
- Mentor and guide junior cross bore program staff
Required Qualifications
- Experience in cross bore programs, utility safety, pipeline operations, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret regulatory standards and safety requirements
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting software
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in utility, pipeline, or infrastructure environments
