The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is a human services agency that is seeking a Program Aide for our Life Time Adult Day Program in Lemoyne.The Program Aide supports adult participants with daily care needs, meal service, and structured activities. This position helps maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment while ensuring compliance with individual care plans, agency policies, and safety proceduresWork Schedule:This is a part time 20 hours/week position. Monday- Friday 9:30am to 1:30pmCompensation: Part-time position starting pay is $13.54 per hour.Benefits: Dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, 60 hours of paid time off during the first year, and paid training. Requirements:Must be 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or its equivalent preferred. Secondary education or equivalent work experience in working with people who have disabilities preferred. Must be physically able to care for the participants in the program.
