To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Administrator located in Austin TX

The Sr. Director, Operations reports to the Program Administrator and assists with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship

What a typical day looks like:

  • Assist in reviewing program proposals or plans to define the time frame, procedures for accomplishing the program, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various program phases.
  • Advanced functional, technical and people and/or process management skills as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills
  • Large focus on the medical manufacturing projects
  • Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and quality department to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.
  • Drives and coordinates projects/activities with the Customer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitating the work/communication across different departments.
  • Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management, client, or others.
  • May assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
  • Drive the team to look for continuous improvement activities that have an impact in the project timeline, cost or daily production activities.
  • Follow up on shipments to ensure we meet site and customer guarantees without any delay and coordinate the team to any issue that could generate an impact.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent Program Administration or Logistics experience
  • 5 years of experience in a 24/7 Manufacturing Facility with the ability to work some weekends and/or evenings
  • Advanced functional, technical, and people and/or process management skills, as well as customer (external and internal) relationship skills.
  • Experience in Baan flow
  • Advance skills in Microsoft Office and Excel Spread Sheet
  • Advanced skills in functional/technical areas.
