Crossroads School is a private, non-profit day school based in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and approved by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). We serve students pre-K through 12th grade and post-graduate (3-22) in a bright school environment. Our school year is 226 days.

Crossroads School is a program within Crossroads Continuum which is a non-profit, multi-service organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with Autism and related disorders from birth through adulthood. For more than 20 years, we've served individuals with Autism with personalized, evidence-based services and support. Our continuum of programs meets the needs of individuals of all ages and abilities.

In this dynamic teaching role, you will work with children, adolescents, or adults, implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), supporting academic, social and life skills development, ensuring high-quality services, and working closely with seasoned clinicians including PhD level BCBAs.

As an Applied Behavior Analysis Teacher 1 (ABAT1), youโ€™ll gain diverse experience while maintaining a great schedule that allows for a work/life balance and opportunities for professional development. Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass all required background screenings (CORI and DDS CORI, Fingerprinting, DDPC).
  • Undergraduate degree required; relevant experience or education preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driverโ€™s license.
  • Experience with ABA, special education, or direct care is preferred.
  • Strong adaptability and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds alone, 51+ pounds with the assistance of another person or with adaptive and specialized equipment.
