About Us: At Crestview Tree Service, we specialize in professional tree services including pruning, removals, planting, cabling, plant health care spraying, and fertilizing. We are committed to providing high-quality work and excellent customer service. Our team is expanding, and we're looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our crew.
Job Description: We are seeking reliable and experienced Tree Service Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely driving company trucks (with or without a CDL), assisting with tree pruning, removals, planting, cabling, plant health care services (spraying and fertilizing), and working in a team-oriented environment. The successful candidate must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and be able to lift heavy materials.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive company trucks to and from job sites, transporting equipment and crew members (CDL or non-CDL drivers).
  • Assist with tree pruning, removals, planting, cabling, and other general tree care tasks.
  • Apply plant health care treatments, including spraying and fertilizing trees and shrubs.
  • Operate equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, sprayers, and other tree service tools.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to complete jobs efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain and care for equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Assist with cleanup and disposal of tree debris.
Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in tree work (pruning, removals, planting, cabling, spraying, fertilizing) preferred, but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
  • Ability to drive large trucks and operate tree service equipment.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift heavy loads (up to 50 pounds).
  • Ability to work at heights, including using ladders or bucket trucks.
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.).
